Relvar Technologies Llp is based at the Kilikkottu Mavayil House in Kodiyathur Village. We are in the Nellikkaparamba PO area of Kozhikode. It’s a bit of a distance from the main city, which we actually prefer. Working from a house in a village like Kodiyathur gives us a different perspective on things. We don’t have to deal with the heavy traffic or the constant noise of the city. Most of the people working here are from around Kozhikode, so we have that local connection. We focus on technology projects, mostly stuff that involves a lot of coding and testing. It’s a simple setup. We’ve got our desks arranged in a way that makes it easy to talk to each other. Sometimes we work late when a project is due, and other times we finish early to enjoy the evening. There’s no strict corporate ladder here. We all just pitch in where we are needed. If the printer stops working, one of us fixes it. If the tea runs out, someone goes to the shop. It’s a very grounded way of running a business. Our address might seem long on paper, but once you get here, it’s just a regular house where some tech work happens. We like the quiet and the way we can just focus on the tasks at hand without any big distractions.
