Red Brick

Red Brick is located on the 1st floor of the Fathima Complex on Cherooty Road. We are directly opposite Gandhi Park, which is a nice view to have when we look out the window. Being on the first floor means there are some stairs to climb, which keeps us moving. The office itself is quite plain. We use it to manage all the brick-related work we do. Since we are on a busy road like Cherooty Road, it’s never really quiet. You can hear the buses and the people down below all day long. We don't have a big showroom; it’s mostly just a space for us to handle the paperwork and talk to people who come in. We have some brick samples sitting on the shelves so people can see the color and texture. Most of our work happens away from this office, at the sites, but this is where we plan everything out. The staff is small, just a few of us who have known each other for a long time. We don't use any corporate jargon or have big meetings. We just sit down, look at what needs to be done, and get to it. Sometimes we go across to the park for a break if the office feels too small. It’s a decent place to work, right in the heart of the city, and we’ve become a regular part of the building over the years.
