Magnoinnovationlab Private Limited is located at 311/5 Mannangara (H) in Vattaparapoyil. It is a quiet part of Kozhikode where people mostly know each other. The office is really just a simple room where we keep our equipment and desks. We usually start the day quite early before the sun gets too hot. There is a lot of green around the building which is nice. We aren't a big company with many floors. It's just a small lab setup where we try to figure out new things. Sometimes the electricity goes out in the afternoon, so we just take a break then. We don't have a receptionist or anything fancy. If the door is open, you can just walk in. The address is easy to find if you know the Vattaparapoyil area. We spend most of our time looking at screens or fixing things that aren't working right. Kozhikode has its own way of doing things, and we fit right into that. We don't really do big meetings or presentations. We just sit down and get to the tasks we have for the day. It’s a practical way of working. Most of us live nearby so there is no long commute. We just walk or take a scooter. The office has a bit of a lived-in feel because we are there so much. It isn't perfectly tidy, but we know where everything is.
