It’s not like the big IT parks in the city. We have a small office where we do all our software work. It’s a quiet street for the most part. We start our day around nine. We have a few computers and some chairs that aren't the most comfortable, but they do the job. We don't have a lot of visitors, so we don't worry much about how the place looks. It’s mostly just us working on code and fixing bugs. We talk a lot about local news while we work. Koduvally is known for certain things, and we feel like we are part of that local fabric. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just enjoy solving technical problems. Sometimes we stay late, especially when something breaks and we have to fix it. We usually order some snacks from the shop down the road. It’s a very basic way of working. We don't have a lot of hierarchy. Everyone just does what they are good at. It’s a honest way to make a living and we are happy to be doing it here in our own corner of Kozhikode.
