Kochikar Technologies Llp is based out of Padavinangadi. Our address is a bit specific, we are in the Swasti Cashewindustries Compound, just off the Airport Road. It's an interesting spot because you can hear the planes sometimes and the whole area has that industrial feel to it since it's a cashew compound. We are in D. No. 1 1 2A, the part that's tucked away a bit. Finding the place isn't too hard once you get off the main road. We have been working from here for some time now and it suits our needs perfectly. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist at a front desk. It is more of a practical workspace where we focus on our technology projects. The compound is shared with other activities, so there is always something going on nearby. It's not a flashy office by any means, but it has plenty of space for our team and our equipment. We like being near the airport road because it feels connected to the rest of the city without being stuck right in the middle of heavy traffic all day. We just come in, do our work, and head home. Most of our days are spent in front of screens or talking through ideas. We value a quiet day where things just get finished on time. That's the way we've always done it here and we don't plan to change it.
