Kaiztren Innovative Solutions Llp

Kaiztren Innovative Solutions Llp is based at the HiLite Business Park. We are up on the sixth floor, in Door No 1602 and 2/1149 A117. It’s a large building, so it took us a bit to get used to the elevators and the layout when we first moved in. Being on the sixth floor gives us a bit of a view, which is a nice change of pace. We work on a lot of different solutions for our clients, but we don't like to use the kind of buzzwords you see in brochures. We just talk like regular people and explain things as they are. The environment in the business park is professional, but inside our office, we keep things pretty relaxed. There’s no dress code or anything like that. We just want to get the work done and do it right. Some days we are buried in paperwork or coding, and other days we spend more time talking through new ideas. It is a mixed bag really. We chose this location because it’s central and people know where it is. Even though it’s a modern building, our day-to-day life is quite practical and unpretentious. We don’t have meetings about meetings. Instead, we just have a quick chat and get back to our desks. It is a good place to work, and we’ve made some good progress since we set up here. We just take it one day at a time.
