We aren’t big on those formal meetings or wearing ties to work. Most days it’s just jeans and t-shirts while we sit at our monitors. The office itself is bright enough and has what we need to get things done. Being in Calicut means we have access to some great food nearby, which is a big plus for the lunch hour. We don’t have a flashy entrance or anything like that. You just come up the stairs and there we are. We handle various software tasks and it keeps us pretty occupied from morning until evening. It’s a lot of staring at code and trying to figure out why things aren't working right. The atmosphere is generally relaxed, though it can get a bit quiet when everyone is deep in their work. We like it here in this arcade because it feels like we’re in the middle of everything without it being too overwhelming. It’s just a regular office where we try to stay on top of our daily goals without any unnecessary drama or corporate layers.
