We basically provide spaces for people to sit and get their work done. It is a shared office, so there are always different people coming in and out at all hours. Some stay for just a day, while others have been here since we first opened the doors. It gets a bit noisy sometimes when everyone is on a call at once, but that is just the nature of the place. Kozhikode has a very specific feel to it, and we try to keep that local vibe even if we are a registered business. We are not a huge chain or anything like that. It is just this one building here in the 673015 area. We spent a lot of time getting the chairs and desks right so people would not complain about their backs after a long day. It is a practical setup. No one wears suits here unless they have a really big meeting. Usually, it is just casual clothes and people drinking tea while they work on their laptops. We keep the place clean and make sure the electricity stays on, which is the main thing people care about. It is a straightforward operation. We do not have a big marketing department.
