Datacube Software Solutions Privatelimited is situated in the Aysha Complex on Calicut Road. The exact spot is Xix/494-8B. Being on Calicut Road means there is always something going on outside our windows. It’s a busy part of the area, and that energy kind of spills over into our office. We are a software-focused group, so a lot of our time is spent looking at data and code on our monitors. The Aysha Complex is a well-known building, so it’s pretty easy for people to find us. We aren't a massive company with levels of management. It’s a small, tight-knit group of people who know how to work together. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just build software and try to make sure it works the way it's supposed to. Some days we are here from early morning until late at night if a project is nearing a deadline. We don't have any corporate perks or a cafeteria. We usually just grab food from the local shops nearby. Our focus is purely on the work at hand. We don't have time for a lot of the fluff that you find in bigger tech companies. We like the practical nature of our setup in the complex. It’s just Datacube, some computers, and a group of people trying to do a good job every single day without making a big fuss about it.
