Coucaldoc Private Limited

Coucaldoc Private Limited is based out of a place called Madarikuzhiyil in the Poovattuparamba area. This is part of Peruvayal in Kozhikode. It’s a bit of a distance from the main city center, so it is quite peaceful around here. We aren't in a high-rise building or a business park. Instead, we work from a more traditional setting that feels a lot more like home than a typical office. There are trees around and it’s generally quiet, which helps when we need to concentrate on our projects. We have a small team of people who have been working together for a while. Most of us grew up around this part of Kerala, so we know the area well. The office has what we need—mainly computers and a decent internet connection. We don't spend money on fancy furniture or decorations because we’d rather just focus on the actual work. Lunch is usually a group affair where we sit together and talk about things other than work for a bit. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, but we still make sure things get done on time. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just deal with it and get back to work once it’s back. Being in Peruvayal gives us a bit of breathing room compared to the crowded parts of Kozhikode. It’s a simple life and a simple way of working, which suits us just fine. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big office.
