Brain Factory Private Limited

Brain Factory is based in Kolathara, Kozhikode, specifically at 10/40-1. It’s a straightforward setup in a part of town that’s mostly working-class. We aren't a big factory with smoke and machines; the name is just what we called it. We mostly deal with mental tasks and planning, though the office itself is quite plain. We have a few rooms where we work, and it’s usually pretty quiet except for the sound of keyboards and the occasional conversation. Kozhikode is a good place to be, and Kolathara has its own rhythm that we’ve grown used to. We don't have a marketing team or people writing fancy speeches for us. We just do our work and talk to our clients like normal people. Most of us have been working here since the start, so we know the routine. We don't use any special jargon or try to sound more important than we are. It’s just a small business trying to make its way. We have our busy seasons where we’re working long hours, and then times when it’s a bit slower and we can breathe. Either way, we just keep showing up and doing what needs to be done. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place to work. There’s no huge secret to what we do; we just put in the time and try to keep everything organized for our clients.
