Our place, Agarvalley Farms And Estates Private Limited, is located at 2/2095, Saranga, which is right near the Civil Station in Kozhikode. It’s a pretty easy place to find if you’re in the neighborhood. We spend most of our time looking after different estates and farm plots around the area. The office at Saranga is where we do the paperwork, but you won’t often find us sitting behind desks for long. There’s always a tree that needs pruning or a fence that needs a bit of work on one of the properties. Kozhikode has some good land for this, though the humidity can be a bit much in the summer months. We started this company to manage these estates properly. It’s a private setup, just a few of us handling everything from the ground up. We don’t go in for big meetings or anything like that. Usually, it’s just a quick chat over tea about what needs to be done for the day. Being near the Civil Station is convenient for any official stuff we need to clear. People in the area know us as the folks who are always out on the land. We don’t use any complicated systems, just regular farming and estate management practices that have worked for years. It’s a steady life, and we like it that way. No big plans for expansion, just keeping the current estates in good shape and the plants healthy. That's the main thing we care about here.
