Karyasthan Farmers Producer Company Limited is situated in the Edakkandi Paramb Building. This is in Nellikkaparamp, which is part of the Mukkam area. If you are looking for us, that’s where you will find the main office. It is a simple building, nothing too special to look at, but it works for what we do every day. We spend most of our time here coordinating with the local farmers who are part of our group. Being in Mukkam is convenient because it is easy for people to reach us from the surrounding villages. We started this because we felt that working alone was getting harder and we needed a central place to meet and talk. That is how Karyasthan Farmers Producer Company Limited came to be. We don't use a lot of big words or have a mission statement hanging on the wall. We just have a few chairs, a couple of desks, and a lot of folders full of farmer details. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded when everyone shows up at once, but we manage. We are just trying to help each other out with the farming business without making it more complicated than it needs to be. It’s practical work and it takes up most of our time, but we are glad to have a base in Nellikkaparamp.
