Mireya Softech Private Limited

Mireya Softech is based in a place called Paliyilputhenpura in Kuruppanthara, which is part of the Manjoor area in Kottayam. We are a bit far from the main city centers, but we like the peace and quiet of the countryside. Our office is a traditional house that we’ve turned into a software workspace. We don’t have any fancy signs or a glass entrance. If you weren’t looking for us, you’d probably just walk right past the building. Inside, it’s just us working on various software projects. We spend a lot of time testing things and fixing bugs that pop up. There’s no corporate ladder to climb here. We are just a small group of people who know each other well and work together. We don't have a cleaning crew, so we take turns tidying up the place. The weather can get quite hot, so we have a few fans going all day. We aren't interested in sounding like a big international company. We are just a local business trying to do good work for our clients. Sometimes we have tea breaks and talk about things other than work, which helps keep the atmosphere relaxed. We don't have a receptionist, so we just answer the door ourselves if someone stops by. It’s a very grounded and practical way of working. We just focus on the code and trying to make things work correctly.
