We are based inside Puthuppally Villages, which is a bit of a change from the noisy city centers. It’s much quieter out here, and we like it that way. Our work mostly involves computer repairs and setting up small networks for people in the area. We have a lot of tools and old parts scattered around the workspace. It’s not the most organized place, but we know where everything is. Most of the folks who come to us are neighbors or people who live just a few streets away. We don’t have a big sign or a fancy lobby. Usually, people just knock on the door with a laptop under their arm. Sometimes we have to go out to their farms or houses to fix a printer or get the internet working again. It’s honest work and it keeps us connected to the village. We started doing this because there weren't many people around who knew how to handle the technical stuff. We aren't a big corporation with departments and managers. It’s just us and our computers. We try to keep our prices fair because we know everyone around here. Sometimes the repairs take a little longer if we have to wait for a part to arrive in the mail, but we always let people know. It’s a slow-paced life but the work is steady. We enjoy the peace and quiet of Puthuppally while we tackle whatever tech problems come our way.
