Working out of the Apple Mall Building in Kottayam is a bit different than being in a standalone house. It’s a bit more central, which makes it easier for people to drop in when they’re out doing their shopping or errands. We handle contracting work, which means we’re the ones making sure the electricians, the painters, and the carpenters all show up when they’re supposed to. It’s a bit like being a shepherd sometimes. You’d think it would be simple but there’s always something that needs sorting out. We’ve been in the 686001 area for a good stretch of time now. The mall gets busy on weekends, but our office stays pretty focused on the schedules and the budgets we’re managing. We don't put on airs about what we do. It’s hard work and it involves a lot of phone calls and checking on supplies. If someone needs a renovation or a new build managed, they come talk to us. We sit down, have a glass of water, and look at what needs doing. We aren't flashy. We just know how to get a crew together and get a project finished. It’s about being reliable and showing up when you say you will. Kottayam has plenty of builders, so we just try to be the ones who keep things moving without too much fuss or expensive brochures.
