Our place is in the Pulickakuzhiyl Buildings, right near the Neendoor Post Office. It’s a central spot in Neendoor, so it’s easy for the staff to get to every morning. We handle a lot of information and data work here. The building itself is a solid concrete structure, nothing too fancy, but it keeps the rain out. We have a couple of rooms filled with servers and desks. It’s usually pretty quiet inside because everyone is busy typing away. My brother and I started this a few years back after working in the city for a long time. We wanted something closer to home. We don’t have a big sign outside, just a small one near the entrance so people know where to turn. The air conditioning works okay, but on the hottest days, we usually have to bring in an extra floor fan. There are a few shops nearby where we go to get tea in the afternoon. Most of the people we work with are businesses that need help with their back-end systems. We don’t really do sales pitches or anything like that. People just find us or get referred by someone we’ve helped before. It’s a steady pace of work. We try to keep the desk clutter to a minimum, but with all the paperwork and hardware, it’s a bit of a losing battle. We keep things moving as best as we can every day.
