Mentorcrafts Solutions is located in Erumely, right at Building No. 7/139 in the Kumbalamthanam House. Being here in Kottayam means it is a lot quieter than the big cities, which we actually prefer for our daily work. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write professional sounding descriptions for us. It’s just us doing the work from this old house. Most mornings start with a simple chat about what needs to be finished. We don’t follow a strict corporate schedule; we just work until the job is done. Some days are long and we end up staying late into the evening, while other days are more relaxed. The office is just a few rooms filled with computers and some basic furniture. It’s a very local operation, and people in the area know where to find us if they need something. We don’t use any complicated systems or have a lot of management layers. If there is a problem, we just talk it out and fix it. You might hear the local birds or the sound of traffic from the road nearby while we work. It’s a humble place, and we like it that way because it keeps things honest. We just focus on the technical details and try not to make things more complicated than they need to be. It’s basically just a group of us trying to make a living doing what we know.
