It’s a very local affair, rooted right in the heart of the village. We aren't a big city company with a lot of polished rules. We are mostly a group of neighbors who decided to pool our resources. The Panchayat office is just down the way, so we feel very connected to the local government and the community here. The work we do is all about farming and supporting the people who work the land in Kaduthuruthy. It can be a bit slow-going sometimes, and the paperwork often feels like more than we can handle, but we stick with it. Njezhoor is a quiet place where people know each other, and that’s how we like to run things too. We meet up, talk about the crops, and try to help each other out when the market isn't doing so great.
