Fayette Innovationsprivate Limited is located at Parappallichira House in Vadavathoor. It’s basically a house converted for our work, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a cold office building in the city. Shibu P Joseph is the one who helps manage things here in Kottayam. We have a small setup and it works for what we need to do. Vadavathoor is a quiet area and being at Parappallichira House keeps us away from the main city noise. We’ve been working from here for a bit now and we’ve gotten used to the pace. It’s not a place with glass walls or high-end furniture. We just have our desks, computers, and whatever projects we are currently tackling. Sometimes the local internet gets slow, but that’s just how it is around here. We try to stay organized but with a lot of papers around, it gets messy sometimes. We’re just regular people trying to innovate things in our own way from this corner of Kottayam. It's a simple life here. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. People usually find us through word of mouth or if they know Shibu. It’s a humble spot and we are fine with that. We just show up every morning, do the work, and head home. That’s pretty much the story of Fayette Innovations.
