Subham Fast Food

Our place, Subham Fast Food, is located at S-34 in Indira Vihar. This is another area where you see a lot of students and young people living in hostels. I decided to open this shop here because it seemed like there was always a need for a quick meal that doesn't cost too much. It is a small space, and we keep it very functional. I usually get here early to start prepping the vegetables and getting the sauces ready. My family lives nearby, so they pop in to help when things get crowded in the evening. Indira Vihar is a bit more crowded than other parts of town, so parking can be a bit of a headache for people, but they still find a way to come. We don't have a fancy menu with hundreds of items. We just stick to the things we know how to make well. I don't really believe in spending much on advertising because word of mouth seems to work fine around here. Sometimes the stove gives us trouble or the delivery of supplies is late, but that is just part of running a small business. I like being my own boss, even if it means working long hours every single day. We just take it one order at a time and try to keep things moving. It is just a normal life for us.
