We are located at Shop No P-7 in the Bhamashah Mandi area of Kota. It is a very busy place, especially in the mornings when the trucks start lining up. We spend most of our time in the shop, dealing with the local crops that come through the market. Being in Rajasthan, we see a lot of different grains and seeds throughout the year. Our day usually starts early, checking what has arrived and making sure the paperwork for the exports is all in order. It is not very fancy work, and the office is often dusty because of all the activity in the mandi outside. We just focus on getting the goods moved to where they are supposed to go. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, like when the heat gets really bad in the summer, but we just keep at it. We have a small team here, and we mostly just handle the logistics and the loading. People around the market know us, and we try to keep things simple. We don't have any big corporate goals; we just want to make sure the bags are weighed correctly and the trucks leave on time. It is a lot of manual work and staying on the phone with drivers. We've been in Kota for a bit now and are just part of the daily grind at Bhamashah Mandi, working through the season to get things shipped out.
