If you look for us, we are right in Makbara Bazar near Sati Chabutra. The shop itself is mostly a storage space for all the poles, heavy cloths, and chairs we use for events. It’s a lot of physical work, loading and unloading the trucks early in the morning or late at night. Makbara Bazar is a crowded area, so moving the big tent materials can be a bit of a headache with the narrow streets. We’ve been operating out of this spot for quite some time, and the building shows its age. There are stacks of carpets in the corner and bundles of ropes everywhere. When someone has a wedding or a small function, they come find us here. We don't have a big office with air conditioning; it's more like a workshop where we check the fabric for holes or clean the chairs after a rainy day. Sati Chabutra is a good landmark, so people don't usually get lost finding us. Sometimes we are out on a job for two days straight and the shop stays locked, but usually, someone is around to take a booking. It’s honest work and it keeps us tired but busy. We don’t bother with fancy brochures or anything. Word of mouth in the bazaar is how we get by mostly. Just a bunch of guys working with tents and decor to make ends meet in the local market.
