Hotel Mint Leaf & Restaurant sits in the 1-B Shopping Centre in New Colony. It’s right there at Gumanpura, near Puneet Plaza. We started this place because we liked the idea of having a restaurant and some rooms in one spot. The shopping center is always buzzing with people looking for stuff. Most days it smells like spices and cooking from our kitchen. We have a few staff members who help out with the tables and the rooms upstairs. It is a bit of a tight space because of the plaza layout but we make it work. The New Colony area is a decent place to be. We get a lot of shoppers who get tired and want to sit down for a meal. Sometimes the restaurant gets a bit loud when it’s full. We don’t have a big corporate office or anything like that. It’s just us running the show every day. We make sure the tables are wiped and the beds are made. If you are looking for Puneet Plaza, you will see our sign nearby. We try to stay organized but some days are busier than we expect. The 324007 area code is home to us. We’ve seen many businesses come and go in this shopping center while we just keep doing our thing. It's a practical setup for anyone visiting Gumanpura and needing a place to eat and sleep without any big fuss.
