Gareeb Nawaz Nonvage Hotel

Gareeb Nawaz Nonvage Hotel is located on the Noori Jaama masjid road in the PIP Vigyan Nagar area of Kota. We are right near the Millennium School, so during the afternoon, you can hear all the kids and the rickshaws outside. The street is usually very busy, especially on Fridays when people are coming and going from the masjid. Our place is specifically for non-veg food, and the kitchen stays busy from morning till night. We have a lot of smoke and heat in the back where the meat is prepared. The seating area is quite small and we have simple benches for people to sit on. It’s not the kind of place where you stay for hours, you just come in, eat your fill, and move on. The floor is tiled but it gets greasy fast, so we are always mopping it up. We don't have any decorations on the walls, just a few calendars and the name of the shop. The staff works fast because the lunch hour is always a big rush with people from the nearby offices and the school area. We keep the water cold in the summer and the food hot in the winter. It’s a very basic life here, just serving food to the local crowd and making sure the pots are scrubbed clean at the end of the day. We stay open until the street gets quiet.
