Food Junction And Juice Center

You can find us at Shop No. 8 in Borkhera. We are pretty close to the Arihant College Of Nursing Kota, so we see a lot of students coming in between their classes. Food Junction And Juice Center is just a basic place where we cook some food and squeeze some juice. It gets really hectic when the college lets out for lunch. We are always running around trying to get orders done. The shop isn't very large, so it can get a bit cramped when more than five people are waiting. We have a few benches outside where people sit when it’s not too hot. We’ve been at this spot in Borkhera for some time now. Dealing with the fruit suppliers every morning is part of the job. Sometimes the mangoes are good, sometimes they aren't, so we have to check everything. We just use a basic stove and a couple of juicers. It's nothing like those big restaurants in the city center. We are just local people working here. Most of the time, the floor needs sweeping because of the sand from the street. Kota gets quite dusty in the summer months. We just try to keep things moving. We don't have any big speeches about what we do. It’s just a shop at Shop No. 8. We show up, we work, and then we go home. That is how it goes every day.
