Our place is tucked away in Gumanpura, and we’ve been running things here with just a few hands. It isn't a massive restaurant with waiters in uniforms or a big menu that takes an hour to read. At Food Fundayz, we mostly focus on getting the food out hot and making sure the kitchen stays organized. Every morning starts with checking the supplies and making sure the stove is working right. The space is a bit tight when we get a rush, but we manage to make it work. Most of the people who come here are just looking for a quick bite or something to take home for their families. We hear the noise from the main road all day, but inside, we are just busy with the pots and pans. Sometimes the orders get backed up, and we have to tell people to wait a bit longer than usual. We don't use any fancy machines, just regular cooking tools and a lot of manual work. It is a bit loud and sometimes a little messy when we are in the middle of a lunch rush, but that is just part of the job. We don’t really spend much time on decorations or making things look perfect. As long as the food is ready and people are fed, we feel like the day was okay. It’s just us doing our thing in Gumanpura.
