Rose Dale School

Rose Dale School is over in Mylakkadu, which is a quiet spot in Kollam 691001. It’s not a huge place, but it serves the local community well. We have a simple building with classrooms that get a lot of light. Being in Mylakkadu means we are a bit away from the main city noise, which is helpful for the students. You won't find anything too fancy here. We have wooden benches, old-style chalkboards, and a small area for the kids to play during their breaks. The teachers are mostly local folks who have been with us for a long time. We know the parents and we know which kids are brothers and sisters. It feels more like a small village school than a big institution. We don't have a massive budget for marketing or expensive decorations. We just make sure the rooms are clean and the lessons are prepared. Sometimes the cows from the nearby fields wander a bit too close to the gate, but that’s just how it is in this part of Kollam. We spend our days teaching the basics and making sure everyone follows the rules. It’s a steady, quiet kind of life. We don't promise anything other than a place to learn and a staff that shows up every morning to do their jobs. It has worked for us so far.
