Creative Indian School

Creative Indian School is on Creative Avenue in the Pallimukku area of Kollam. Despite the fancy street name, it’s just a normal neighborhood with regular people going about their business. The school building is a plain structure made of concrete and brick. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone to write glossy brochures for us. It’s just a small team of us in the office handling the daily chores. The classrooms are filled with standard desks and chairs, and we try to keep the walls painted every few years to keep it looking decent. Kollam weather is often hot, so we rely on the breeze coming through the windows. We have a small area where the kids play, but it isn't anything like a professional sports field. Most of the students come from the houses right around Pallimukku. We see their parents at the gate every afternoon, and there is usually a lot of chatting going on. We don't use complicated language or corporate talk when we deal with people. It’s a very basic, honest setup. We’ve been at this address for a long time and the routine doesn't change much. We just show up, open the gates, and get through the day’s lessons. It’s a simple life here on Creative Avenue. We don't try to be anything fancy; we just provide a place for the community to send their children.
