Zacstar Micro Service Foundation

Zacstar Micro Service Foundation is based in the village of Chuadanga, in the Sahapara area. We are under the Chakdaha police station jurisdiction. Nabakumar Roy is the one who looks after the place. It is a very local, rural setting. We do not have fancy office buildings or air conditioning here. It is just a room where we get together to handle the foundation’s business. Being in a village like Chuadanga means we know everyone and everyone knows us. We started this because we wanted to provide some small services that were missing in our area. Micro-service means we deal with the little things that often get overlooked by bigger groups. We do not have a big staff or a marketing budget. Word travels fast in Sahapara, so people just know to come to us if they need help with something. Our days are filled with simple tasks and a lot of conversations over tea. It is not a polished operation, and sometimes things take a bit longer than they would in a big city. But we are persistent and we care about our neighbors. We just keep our books and try to stay organized as best we can. Living and working in the same village makes the work feel very personal. We are not trying to change the whole world, just our small part of Chakdaha. It is practical, honest work that keeps us connected to the ground.
