You will find us down at 32B.T Road in Kamarhati-58. This place is basically where anyone around the Non. Subur DLS area comes when something goes wrong with their electricity. It isn’t a big fancy corporate office or anything like that. Just a plain desk and some chairs where we try to listen to what’s happening in the neighborhood. Usually, someone is upset about a bill or their meter is making a weird noise, and they walk in through the door looking for an answer. We spend a lot of our time looking at maps of the local lines and trying to figure out why a fuse blew three streets over. It gets pretty humid in here during the summer months, but we stay busy. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks, especially after a big storm hits the area. We aren't here to promise anything impossible, just to look at the problems people have. We know the local shopkeepers and the families living nearby because they are the ones we see every day. It’s just a standard local office for C. E. S. C stuff.
