Down in Ganguly Bagan, near Naktala, is where you'll find us. We're at number 312. This part of Kolkata feels a bit more like a neighborhood than the city center does. We handle hospitality stuff, mostly looking after properties and making sure people have a place to stay when they come to town. It’s not a huge operation. We work out of this space and try to keep things organized. The address is a bit long to write out every time, but people find us eventually. We aren't big on flashy advertisements. Mostly, we just talk to people. There's always something to fix or a room that needs cleaning before the next guest arrives. We’ve been here for a while now. The rains usually make the road outside a bit of a mess, but we manage. My sister helps with the bookings sometimes when I’m out. We use simple tools to keep track of everything. It’s just a regular private limited company, nothing more to it. We don't have a big mission statement. We just want to make sure the hospitality side of things is handled properly. Some days are slow, other days the phone won't stop ringing. It’s just the two of us mostly. We take pride in just getting the work done without making a big fuss about it. That's how we've always done things here in this house. It's not fancy but it works.
