X. Square

X. Square operates out of the Panchawati Complex in Rajarhat Gopalpur. We are specifically in Block-D2 on the first floor. If you’ve ever walked around that complex, you know it can be a bit of a maze with all the different blocks and entrances. We’ve been here for a bit now, and the office is pretty much what you’d expect for a place in a busy commercial complex. There’s a lot of noise from the other businesses nearby, and people are always coming and going in the hallways. Our space is functional, nothing more. We have some tables, some computers, and a few filing cabinets that have seen some wear and tear over the years. The light coming in from the windows isn't great, so we rely on the overhead tubes. It’s not the kind of place where you’d find a lounge or a coffee machine. We just bring our own flasks and sit through the day. The Rajarhat area is changing fast, but our little corner in Block-D2 stays mostly the same. Some days are busier than others when we have more people coming in to talk about projects, and the room gets a bit cramped. But we make it work. It’s a practical setup for us. We don't spend much time worrying about how the place looks as long as the work is getting done and the bills are paid.
