Crooked Lane is a narrow little spot in Kolkata, and that’s where you’ll find VISHVA CORPORATION PRIVATE LIMITED. We are way up on the 4th floor in Room 25. The name of the street always makes people smile when they first hear it, but finding it can be a bit tricky if you’re new to the area. Our office is a busy place, mostly because we’ve got a lot of different things going on at once. It’s not the kind of office you see in movies with glass walls and minimalist furniture. Ours is full of wooden desks, old metal cupboards, and stacks of paper that we swear we’ll organize next week. There’s a constant stream of tea being brought in because we can’t seem to function without it. Most of us have been working together for years, so we don’t need to say much to understand what needs to be done. We deal with the day-to-day grind of running a private limited company. It involves a lot of patience and a fair amount of grit. Sometimes the monsoon rains make the commute a nightmare, but we still make it in. We aren't big on formalities here. If you come by, you’ll probably find us mid-discussion or eating lunch at our desks. It’s a real place with real people who just want to do their jobs well and go home to their families at night.
