The office is tucked away at 9G, S.K. Bose Road in Kolkata. It’s an old part of the city, and you can really feel that when you walk down the street. West Bengal has its own rhythm, and 700137 is our little corner of it. The name on the door says Kolkata, Mumbai, which sometimes confuses people who think we are in two places at once, but this is where you'll find us. The building is one of those classic Kolkata structures that has seen a lot of years. It’s a bit noisy outside most of the time because S.K. Bose Road is always moving. You hear the horns and the people talking all day long. Inside, it’s a bit quieter, but you still get that city energy coming through the windows. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It’s just a plain room where we sit and work on things. The ceiling fan hums a lot, especially in the humid months. Sometimes we have to move boxes around just to find a place to sit. It’s not a polished space, but it’s real. We’ve got the local shops nearby where we grab a quick bite. India is full of places like this, where work just happens without much fuss. We like the grit of the neighborhood. It keeps us grounded and reminds us of where we are every single day. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing at Kolkata, Mumbai. It’s just an ordinary spot in a very busy city.
