We’ve been sitting here in Kolkata for quite some time now, just doing our thing. Constell Consultants Pvt. Ltd. isn't some giant firm with glass walls and fancy elevators. We just have our office out here near the post office in the 700112 area. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but we don't mind the quiet. Mostly, it's just a few of us surrounded by stacks of papers and old files. We spend our days talking to people and trying to figure out the best way to move their projects forward. It’s not always glamorous work. Sometimes the internet goes out or the tea stall nearby is closed, which honestly feels like a bigger disaster than it should. We started this because we knew the local landscape and figured we could help out. We don't have a big marketing budget or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. What you see is pretty much what you get. A few desks, some computers that are a bit slow, and people who have been doing this long enough to know the shortcuts. We don’t bother with big mission statements because we’re too busy actually working. If you happen to be in West Bengal and need some advice, we’re usually here. We don’t always answer the phone on the first ring if we're busy with a client, but we eventually get back to everyone. It’s just how we run things here.
