Working out of the AE/32/3 building in North Arjunpur is interesting because it’s a bit away from the main city center. Ibm Daksh Business Process Pvt. Ltd. is based here, and it’s a busy place with a lot of people coming in for different shifts. We’re located near the Arjunpur post office and the Rajarhat police station, so the area always has a lot of movement. It’s not a quiet little shop; it’s a proper business operation with a lot of computers and desks. But even so, it feels like a community. We’ve got people from all over North 24 Parganas working here. The commute can be a bit of a pain sometimes, especially when the roads are muddy during the monsoon or the traffic in Kolkata gets stuck, but we all show up and do our part. We aren't here to make big promises. We just handle the business processes that need doing. There’s always someone on a headset or typing away at a keyboard. It’s the kind of place where the tea stall outside does a lot of business during the break times. We just focus on the tasks in front of us and try to keep things running smoothly without making a big deal out of it. We are just regular people doing our jobs and making sure the work is finished on time every single day so the business stays on track.
