We are located at 20/1 Ashutosh Chowdhury Avenue in the Ballygunge Phari area of Kolkata. Mindscale Consultants Pvt Ltd is a small firm where we focus on various types of consulting projects. Unlike the big offices you see downtown, ours is a bit more lived-in and simple. We have a few desks, some bookshelves that are overflowing, and a lot of empty coffee cups. Ballygunge is a lively part of the city, and we like being in the middle of it all, even if the traffic is a mess most of the time. Our work involves a lot of reading, looking at spreadsheets, and talking to clients about their businesses. We don't use a lot of complicated jargon or try to sound more important than we are. We are just a small group of people who are good at analyzing data and solving problems. The building we are in is quite old, so it has some character, like floors that creak and windows that don't always close right. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most of our clients come to us through personal connections or because they heard about us from someone else. We work hard when we have a project on the go, but we also try to keep a relaxed atmosphere in the office. It’s just a regular professional life without all the corporate fluff.
