You can find us on the first floor at 19B Shakespeare Sarani. It’s a pretty central part of Kolkata, so there is always something going on outside our windows. Vertigo Hospitality is just a small group of us working out of this office. We aren't a big chain with hundreds of locations. It's mostly just sitting down, handling the paperwork, and making sure the hospitality side of things moves along. The building is an older one, but it has a lot of character, even if the stairs are a bit steep. We spend our mornings drinking chai and going over what needs to be done for the day. Some days are slower than others. We don’t really have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy things for us. We just do the work. The traffic on Shakespeare Sarani can be a nightmare in the evenings, but we’re used to it by now. We’ve had this space for a bit, and it suits us fine. There isn't much to say except that we are here and we are working. It’s a straightforward business. We deal with the usual problems that come with running a place in a city like this. Sometimes the electricity goes out, sometimes the phones ring too much. We just take it as it comes. We’ve been in this spot for a while and don't plan on moving.
