Urban Learning Venture Llp is located right on Gariahat Road at 23/42. Anyone who knows Kolkata knows how busy Gariahat is. There are shops everywhere and people walking all over the place. Our office is right in the middle of all that chaos. We like the energy of the street, even if it gets a bit loud sometimes. We have a small space where we manage our learning programs. It’s not very big, just a couple of rooms with desks and chairs. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with people who drop by. Being on Gariahat Road means we are close to everything. We can just step out and find whatever we need. Inside, we try to keep things organized, but it can get a bit messy when we are busy. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It's just a handful of us trying to make things work. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting area. If you come by, you'll probably just see us working at our desks. It’s a very practical environment. We’ve been at this address for a while and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. It feels right to be part of the local buzz here. Gariahat has a way of keeping you on your toes with all the shouting and the street food smells. We have a small kettle in the back for making coffee when we need a break. Most of our furniture is second-hand but it’s sturdy enough for what we do.
