Universal Human Rights Organisation

Our office is located at 7, Old Post Office Street in Kolkata. We are on the 2nd floor, in Room No 033. This is an old part of the city, and the building has that classic Kolkata feel to it. It’s not a modern glass tower, but it has a lot of character. We share the floor with several other small offices, so there is always someone walking past in the hallway. Being in the 700001 zip code means we are right in the heart of things. Universal Human Rights Organisation is basically a small team working in a room filled with papers and old desks. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who walk up the stairs to see us. The elevator doesn't always work perfectly, so we get a bit of exercise coming into work. It’s a busy place, and the street outside is always noisy with traffic and people. We don't have a big budget for decorations, so the office is pretty plain. We just focus on the cases and the people who need help. It’s practical and a bit messy sometimes, but that’s just how it is when you’re doing this kind of work in an old building. We aren't here to look important, we are just here to do what needs to be done. Our door is usually open during business hours.
