UNISERVE BUSINESS SOLUTIONS AND CONSULTING PRIVATE LIMITED

Uniserve is based in the Jamuna building, way up on the 7th floor on Golaghata Road. We’ve been in this part of North 24 Parganas for a while now. Being on the 7th floor gives us a decent view of the traffic below, which is usually a bit of a mess. We are a business solutions and consulting group, but really, it’s just a group of us trying to help other companies get their stuff sorted. The office isn't anything you’d see in a magazine. It’s got a few computers, some old wooden desks, and a lot of paper everywhere. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing away at emails to clients. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, so we end up waiting around with the other folks who work in the block. It’s a regular office life here in West Bengal. We handle a lot of different tasks for different people. Sometimes it’s consulting on a brand new project, other times it’s just fixing a mess someone else made. We don’t have a big receptionist sitting at the front. If someone knocks, one of us just gets up and opens the door to see who it is. It’s pretty laid back even when we are super busy. We’ve grown to like the neighborhood, even with all the noise coming from the road. It feels like a real place where things actually get done.
