Ujjal Tutorial

Ujjal Tutorial is located on the ground floor of the Balaka building. Being near the N B C C makes it easy for people to find us, but the area still has its own rhythm. The ground floor stays a bit cooler in the heat, which is nice when we have a full room. It’s just a basic space with some chairs and a few tables we’ve had for years. You can hear the traffic from the main road, but inside we are mostly just looking at notebooks and trying to get through the syllabus. We spend a lot of time just sitting there, drinking tea and waiting for the next group to arrive. It’s not a polished setup, just a place to study. The walls have a few marks here and there, and the door squeaks if you don't pull it right. The 700156 area is always moving, but we just stay here doing our thing. Sometimes the lights flicker when the power is acting up, but we just keep going. It’s a very local kind of place where everyone knows each other’s names. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy. People just find their way to Balaka and walk in. It’s just the way Ujjal Tutorial has always been run, keeping it simple and focusing on the books in front of us. We aren't trying to be anything fancy, just a room for the neighborhood students. It works for us and has for quite a long time now.
