Uddeshya Mentoring Private Limited is located at House No. 37 in Bompas Town. We are right by the Kalibari, near Abhinandan Palace. It’s a well-known landmark in this part of town. Our office is basically a house. We like it that way because it doesn’t feel like a cold, empty office building. We have a small yard out front where we sometimes sit when the weather is decent. Inside, it’s mostly just tables and chairs and piles of notes. Being near the temple means we hear the bells and the general bustle of the devotees. It’s a peaceful enough area for mentoring work. We started this because we wanted a place where people could just come and talk. We aren't big on formalities. If you walk in, you’ll probably find one of us drinking tea or looking over some papers. Bompas Town is a friendly neighborhood. We know most of the people living on our street. House No. 37 has been our base for a while now. We keep things pretty low-key. No big advertisements or anything. Most people find out about us through word of mouth. It’s a simple setup, but it works for what we need to do. We just want to help out the folks who come through our doors. Sometimes we spend the whole afternoon just organizing the library or fixing the old chairs. We don't have a big corporate budget, so we fix things ourselves. It's a bit dusty in the corners but it feels like a place where you can actually think.
