Tutorials Point

We are located at 56 Swadhin Pally in the 700050 area. Most people in this part of Kolkata know exactly where we are because of Mahua Sweets being so close by. It is actually a really good spot to grab a quick snack or some tea after a long study session. At Tutorials Point, we do tutoring for a variety of different subjects. It is not a massive place by any means, just a few simple rooms where we sit down and go over lessons with the students. The neighborhood around here is mostly quiet during the daytime hours, though things definitely pick up and get more lively in the evenings. We started this whole thing because we saw there was a real need for some local help with schoolwork in this area. We do not have any fancy decorations or expensive furniture here. The walls just have some basic charts on them and there are enough wooden benches for everyone to sit. Sometimes the ceiling fans make a bit of a clicking noise, but we have all gotten used to it by now. Students usually just walk over from the nearby houses in the colony. It really feels like a small part of the local community here. We handle a mix of subjects depending on who shows up and what they are struggling with that week. It is pretty straightforward work. We open up the gates in the morning and stay until the very last student leaves for the day. Usually, that ends up being around dinner time. If you are looking for the place, just find the sweet shop and walk a bit further down the lane. It is a plain building with a small iron gate. We spend most of our time looking at textbooks and explaining things on the board. It is just a simple life here in Swadhin Pally.
