Trs03 Swapno Web Welfare Foundation is located in Chakdah. If you know the Poradanga area, we are at Ganga Prasadpur School Para. Our setup is care of Swapan Biswas. Being near a school means there is always a lot of activity and kids running around during the day. It’s a lively neighborhood. We called it 'Swapno' because that means dream in our language, and we wanted to do something for the welfare of the people here. It is a very local operation. We don’t have a big staff or a shiny building. It’s mostly just Swapan and a few others from the School Para area. We focus on things that help the community, often involving some web or digital work since that is in our name, but it’s all very basic. We might help someone get online or fix a small issue they have with digital records. The roads in Chakdah can be a bit bumpy, and it takes time to get around, but we are happy to be based here. We aren't looking for awards or big recognition. We just want to be useful to our neighbors in Poradanga. If you walk past the school and ask for Swapan Biswas, people will point you the right way. It is an unpretentious place where we just try to do our bit for the local welfare, one day at a time, without any fuss.
