Transource Consulting Private Limited is based at 975 Mahatma Gandhi Road. We are in the Kusum Park area of Kolkata. Being on MG Road means we are right in the middle of everything. It’s loud, it’s busy, and there’s always something going on. Our office reflects that a bit—it’s a functional space where we handle consulting work for our clients. We’ve got some old wooden furniture that’s been with us since we started. It’s not the most modern look, but it’s sturdy. We spend our days answering calls and organizing data. The 700082 area is where we feel at home. The staff here is small, and we all get along well enough. We don't have many rules about how things should look, as long as the work gets done correctly. Sometimes we have tea brought in from the stall down the street because theirs is better than what we make. It’s a simple life. We don't put out brochures with stock photos of people in suits. We are just regular people in West Bengal working in a regular office. If you come by, you’ll see us busy at our desks or maybe arguing about where to order lunch from. It’s an honest place. We do our work, help our customers, and try to keep things as uncomplicated as possible. We’re usually here until the evening when the street lights come on.
