Our setup here at 6, Avenue East Modern Park in Santoshpur is a bit different from the huge factories people usually associate with Thyssenkrupp Industries India. Being tucked away in this part of Kolkata means we’re a bit removed from the main city chaos, though the humidity still gets to us most months. We spend our days managing the technical side of things, looking over designs and making sure the supplies are moving where they need to go. The office isn't anything too formal, just a place where we can sit down and focus on the industrial projects we’ve been assigned. Santoshpur has its own rhythm, and we’ve become part of the local landscape over time. We deal with a lot of big machinery parts and industrial plant setups, so there is always something to track or a drawing to double-check. It’s not always glamorous work, and sometimes the day feels long when we're buried in spreadsheets or logistical plans. We try to keep things simple and just do our jobs without making a big fuss about it. We’ve got a small team here, and everyone knows what they’re supposed to be doing. If you walk by, you’ll probably just hear the hum of the air conditioner and the sound of us arguing over a technical detail or planning the next site visit. It’s honest work, and we like being part of the community here in this corner of Santoshpur.
