You’ll find us on V.I.P. Road in Kolkata, specifically in Block E of the Anandalok Samity building. It’s a very busy stretch of road, so there’s always the sound of horns and traffic in the background. Our office is in Flat 6, which gives it a very local, lived-in feel. We’re part of the Mcnally Bharat Engineering team, focusing on the engineering needs for this side of the city. The office is basically just a few rooms filled with desks, computers, and a lot of paper. We don't have fancy signage or a big lobby with a receptionist. It’s the kind of place where you know everyone’s name and whose turn it is to bring in the tea and biscuits. We focus on the technical work, making sure the engineering projects we handle are moving forward. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with the noise from the road and everyone talking at once, but we’re used to it by now. It’s a practical setup. We don't spend money on expensive furniture or decorations; we’d rather have decent computers for the design work. People come in, do their shift, and then head out into the Kolkata rush. It’s a very real, everyday kind of workplace. We just try to do our jobs well and keep the projects on track without making a big fuss about things. We aren't trying to be fancy, we just want to get the engineering right and finish our tasks on time.
