Mcnally Bharat Engineering Co. Ltd

We operate out of Flat B-4 in the Pearl Drop Apartments on Moti Lal Gupta Road. It’s a bit different working out of an apartment building instead of a regular office block, but it works for us. It feels a bit more like a home than a stiff corporate building. We’re part of Mcnally Bharat Engineering, and this Kolkata branch handles a lot of the local project details. The road outside can get a bit crowded with traffic, but once you’re inside the flat, it’s mostly just the sound of keyboards and people discussing blueprints in the next room. We have our files stacked up wherever they fit. It’s a real working environment, nothing fancy or polished. We take our breaks in the small kitchen area and talk about the weekend or the latest project hurdles. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow or out of order, so we just take the stairs. It’s honest work. We aren't here to impress anyone with a big reception desk or shiny floors. We’re here to do engineering. The team knows the neighborhood well, and we’ve been here long enough that the security guards at the gate know us by name. It’s a tight space when everyone is in at once, but we get the job done. We just keep our heads down and focus on the engineering tasks that need finishing by the end of the week. There’s always another drawing to check or a report to file before we head home.
